The orchid hairclip is made from lightweight polymer clay. The single piece, two or three piece hair clips are designed to be versatile. Each hair clip allows the flowers to be worn anywhere on the head to create a striking addition to a bridal hair do.

We are sure you will love your PALMRAKI purchase, however, for hygiene reasons, no earrings are eligible for a refund or exchange. No used veils, hairpieces or garters will be eligible for a refund or exchange. If you change your mind on the items, these items will also not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

We do not offer re-plating or fixing services on jewellery items that tarnish or break.

DELIVERY WITHIN SOUTH AFRICA

We offer free shipping on all orders over R950.

For orders under R950, a flat rate of R100 will apply for delivery.

We deliver nationwide using local courier services. A tracking number and link will be sent to you via email once your order has been dispatched.

All PALMRAKI pieces are locally handcrafted and made to order. Once an order is received, production takes between 4 - 6 weeks (material availability may affect production time).Delivery will take between 2 - 4 working days after production, dependent on the shipping address.

In the event of PALMRAKI being unable to meet customer demand with respect to certain collection pieces, customers will be notified of extended delivery period and may elect to add their name to our waiting list.

Express Shipping is available at a rate of R135 per parcel.

Any express shipping orders placed before 10am on weekdays will be overnighted to you. Express shipping order placed on a Friday after 10am, will be shipped the following Monday.

Please note that you choose Express Shipping at your own risk. Once the order leaves our studio we have no control over the couriers movements and cannot guarantee they will deliver on any exact date or time.

A physical address and a contact number is required for all orders placed online.
